Terms & Conditions

1. Service Scope

  • We provide vehicle recommendation and sourcing services to assist clients in identifying makes and models that suit their needs, preferences, and budget.

  • Our basic service includes advising on suitable makes and models of vehicles after an initial consultation

  • If requested, we may also assist in identifying up to 10 specific vehicles for sale via online platforms or physical dealerships within a 5-mile distance

  • Additionally, we offer an in-person vehicle viewing support service, where we accompany clients to inspect up to 3 vehicles within their local area.

  • We do not sell vehicles ourselves and are not a dealer or reseller of any kind.

2. Optional In-Person Viewing Support

  • At the client's request, we may accompany them to view vehicles listed for sale in their local area.

  • The purpose of this service is to provide an extra set of eyes, help assess visible condition, and discuss suitability based on the client’s needs as well as pose any relevant questions to the seller.

  • We do not provide mechanical inspections or professional valuations during these visits but will provide a HPI report.

  • Clients remain fully responsible for the final assessment and decision to purchase any vehicle.

  • Any comments or observations we provide are general in nature and should not be considered a substitute for an independent professional inspection.

3. No Warranty or Guarantee

  • We do not provide any warranties, guarantees, or assurances regarding the condition, reliability, accuracy of listings, or performance of any vehicle, including those we recommend, identify, or attend viewings for.

  • Our role is advisory only; all final decisions and transactions are the sole responsibility of the client.

4. Third-Party Responsibility

  • Vehicles identified for sale are listed by independent third-party sellers or dealers. We have no affiliation with these parties and accept no responsibility for the accuracy of their listings or conduct.

5. Due Diligence

  • We strongly recommend that clients:

  • Arrange for a qualified mechanic to inspect the vehicle before purchase.

  • Obtain a vehicle history report (e.g., Detailed HPI) – provided as part of our Level 3 service.

  • Verify documentation including V5C, service history, and seller identity.

6. Liability Limitation

  • We accept no liability for any direct or indirect loss, damage, costs, or claims resulting from the recommendation, identification, or viewing of any vehicle.

  • This includes any issues arising from mechanical failure, seller misrepresentation, registration disputes, or financial loss post-purchase.

7. Fees and Payments

  • Our services are provided as a package (e.g. Level 1 to 3 – as outlined on https://www.bespokemotormatch.com/.

  • Fee structure will be clearly explained and agreed upon in writing before service begins.

  • Fees for optional viewing support may vary depending on distance, time commitment, and number of vehicles attended.

  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

8. Confidentiality and Data Use

  • We are committed to protecting client privacy. All personal and transactional information is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and used solely to provide requested services.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England & Wales.
